Hi, it’s Dr. Sylvia Skefich, chiropractor, and I am truly excited to share this series of “sways” floor movements that I designed to improve your spinal strength, function, and flexibility.

This class is designed to support your body for the long haul with flexibility in your discs, joints and muscles.

This class is designed for people who CAN get onto the floor and back up by themselves. This class is designed for those who CAN move around unassisted.

Bring either a yoga mat or beach towel to do your movements upon.
